Ruler can raise wholesale gas price for firms, people 1.4% Jul 1
MOSCOW, Apr 22 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has readied draft orders to raise the wholesale gas prices for companies and households by 1.4% from July 1, according to the documents seen by PRIME on April 19.
“The wholesale prices approved by the current order are taken into account during calculation of retail prices for gas sold to the population,” the antitrust said.
The socio-economic development forecast until 2024 made in 2018 envisages a 1.4% wholesale gas price rise in 2019 and up to 3% annually in 2020–2024.
